Our Beliefs

We Are Convinced of This:

Every disciple makes a disciple, the church planted, plants a church.
This is urgent, imperative, possible and empowered by the work of the Holy Spirit. This is our hope-filled urgency and joy among the people of God.

In short, We want to love Jesus like crazy, making much of Him in our lives as we make disciples that make disciples and plant churches that plant churches.

A pastor with a beard preaches at a lectern. A quote on the screen reads, "What the law could not do Jesus completed on the cross."

Doctrinal Distinctives

We embrace the sovereignty of God’s grace in saving sinners.

We recognize and rest upon the necessity of the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit for all of life and ministry.

We are deeply committed to the fundamental spiritual and moral equality of male and female, and to men as responsible servant-leaders in the home and church.

We embrace a missionary understanding of the local church and its role as the primary means by which God chooses to establish His Kingdom on earth

Strategy

We will Gather

Both large gathering and House Churches will serve as our teaching, equipping and ministry.

We will Empower

Training, equipping and launching leaders will be our rhythm.

We will Practice

We will Practice disciple making as a lifestyle.

We will (Re)learn

We will (Re)learn how to neighbor, making disciples where we live.

We will Partner

We will Partner with the city, for the city, to reach a common goal for the good in the areas of greatest need, to bring ‘Heaven on earth’ in Parker County.

 We will Plant churches

A healthy disciple makes a disciple, a healthy church plants a church, that plants churches.

We exist for the glory of God, the good of all people, and to multiply a movement.

(Matt. 28:18-20)

We are for the glory of God, marked by the love of Jesus, empowered by His Spirit.

(Acts 1:8-9)

He is fully man and fully God, the one and only Lord and Savior, who died for our sins and was raised on the third day. (1 John 4:14-15)

It is a free gift for all who repent and believe; it’s impossible to earn, but it will completely transform our life and eternity. (Eph. 2:4-9)

God designed His people to be gathered into churches who care for each other, grow more like Jesus, and make disciples among all nations. (Heb. 10:24-25)

We are to live peaceably with one another, free from slander and gossip, taking our concerns biblically to the person of concern.

(Prov. 11:13; Eph. 4:29)

He will return to judge the living and the dead, condemning those who reject Him to perish, but rewarding His followers with eternal life.

(Rev. 22:6-12)

Hell is the eternal, horrifying destination for all who turn from Jesus, and Heaven is the eternal, satisfying home of God with all who trust in Jesus.

(Rev. 20:1-22:13)
